Justice Geraldine Hines, former Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, will be giving a public lecture on Wednesday, February 20th at 4:00pm in Room 2260 of the Law School. Justice Hines's talk will consider the epidemic of racialized policing in the United States and the failure of the Supreme Court's Fourth Amendment jurisprudence to offer meaningful options for remedies.
