Chef Speaks Out: Abeer Najjar

Join WUD Cuisine and the MSC's MENA Heritage Month PC in welcoming Abeer Najjar. This event will be an hour long cooking demonstration with tastings followed by an informal Q&A. Chef Abeer Najjar will speak about what drove her towards a career in food, what influences her style of cooking and the challenges she has faced in the industry. She will show how her food became a canvas for storytelling and a means to help solve her identity crisis as a first-generation Palestinian American.
