Online Sessions: April 20 - June 17;Tuesdays, 5:30-8pm;Wednesdays, 9:30am-Noon;Thursdays, 5:30-8pm
Course is designed to introduce mindfulness meditation practice as a way of reducing stress & developing greater balance & fuller participation in life. Reduced fee for Spring 2021: $375 (regularly $495). Reduced class fee of $200 is also available for students & those with financial need.
