Jackson Parr will describe the Flood Resilience Scorecard, a tool that helps communities assess their level of flood preparedness and ability to deal with the health impacts that can follow floods. Parr holds master's degrees from UW-Madison in public affairs and water resources management. He is currently the Keillor Flood Resilience-Wisconsin Sea Grant Fellow, working with both Sea Grant and the Wis. Dept. of Health Services Climate and Health Program.
