Employee Free Choice Act Teach-In

Hosted by United Students Against Sweatshops, Student Labor Action Coalition and the School for Workers, who believe EFCA would make it easier for workers to organize by strengthening penalties for unfair labor practices, ensuring mediation and arbitration when unions cannot get a first contract, and allowing employees to choose how they form unions: ballots or majority sign-up.
