How do you design modern digital products and services for nearly 350 million people from all walks of life? Join us in conversation with Megan Holman and Jess Jones, user expereince designers from Coforma, a digital services company that works with the United States government. They will walk through the methods that they use to understand the problems they are solving and how they center Americans' needs.
