Description
The Scholars at Risk Student Advocacy Seminar for UW-Madison in Spring 2025 would like to invite you to the culmination of our study and advocacy. This semester, we focused on the case of Uighur scholar Ilham Tohti, currently serving a life sentence in China for expressing his ideas. Join us to talk about human rights, Ilham Tohti’s life and work, and to assemble your own book of Uighur poetry.
