This virtual session focuses on policy changes to the FoodShare (SNAP) program and their implications for Wisconsin residents. Jayne Wanless, Manager of the FoodShare Policy Section at the WI DHS, will outline the updates, including rollout timelines and preparation steps for applicants and beneficiaries. Following the overview, Reno Wright (Hunger Task Force) and Steve Budnik (Wood County Human Services) will discuss local impacts and partner organization efforts.
