Hitoshi Ushijima is serving as the James B. MacDonald Distinguished Professor this spring at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
He is Professor of Law at Chuo University, Tokyo, Japan, and his main fields of research are administrative law and regulatory policy. Professor Ushijima has been a member of the World Commission on Environmental Law, IUCN. He received his LL.B. from Chuo, and LL.M. degrees from Hiroshima University and the University of Wisconsin Law School (Fulbright Scholar).
