Organizational culture influences how people work, collaborate, and respond to change. Through discussion, reflection, and interactive activities, participants will explore the difference between culture and climate, examine the factors that shape workplace culture, dig into how leadership influences team culture, and identify practical strategies for strengthening culture within their own teams.
