Genes, Determinism and God

Denis Alexander, the director of the Faraday Institute for Science and Religion at Cambridge University, critically discusses the continuing challenges to the notions of human freedom and moral responsibility posed by recent scientific work in such fields as developmental biology, genomics, epigenetics and neuroplasticity. Dr. Alexander gives particular attention to these challenges' theological implications.
