Sparking the Movement

This event will include guest speakers in the education reform movement. Poets from First Wave will take the stage and shed light on students’ experiences through the broken public education system. Guest performers/teachers from New York City, IC Will and Luquan Graham, will put on an inspiring, thought-provoking, high-energy show as they rap, beat-box, and recite spoken word.

There will be free hors d'oeuvres and an open panel discussion after the show.
