Jill Lepore is an award-winning scholar of early American history, staff writer at The New Yorker, and the author of numerous books and essays. Known for exploring absences and asymmetries of evidence in the historical record, in this lecture Lepore will tell the story of Benjamin Franklin’s long-forgotten sister, Jane.
