Description
Mary Celeste Kearney, Associate Professor of Film, Television, and Theatre at Notre Dame University. This presentation aims to complicate Angela McRobbie's theory of the "postfeminist masquerade" via an analysis of the luminous visual aesthetics central to contemporary girls' media culture.
