Chaos and Complex Systems Seminar

Jean-Michel Ané, UW Department of Agronomy, will discuss the dynamics of symbiotic interactions between microbes and their living environments: how plants and microbes communicate (sweet talks) to initiate and maintain symbiotic associations, how these mechanisms evolve, and how nutrients exchanges between partners are regulated with interesting similarities to economic markets (trade deals).
