Black Lives Matter co-founder to speak

Opal Tometi, co-founder of Black Lives Matter will give a lecture in Room L160 of the Conrad A. Elvehjem Building titled, “The #BlackLivesMatter Praxis: Why We Are The Ones We’ve Been Waiting For.”

This lecture is a part of the Young Gifted and Black’s Black Lives Matter Speaker Series as well as the Comparative US Studies series on Racial Justice and Incarceration. Parking is available nearby.
