Art History GradForum Guest Lecture - “Seduction and Salvation: The Work of Edward Burne-Jones”

Dr. Andrea Wolk Rager is Assistant Professor of Nineteenth-Century European Art at Case Western Reserve University. Her research has appeared in the journal "Victorian Studies," and she has co-curated recent exhibitions at the Yale Center for British Art and the Cleveland Museum of Art. Her lecture will focus on the nineteenth-century British painter Edward Burne-Jones, and explores issues of politics, labor, and the environment in art.
