					Description

Meghan McGarry Unks (Engr Physics) discusses Cyclus, a simulator that tracks material through the nuclear fuel cycle, from mining through reprocessing or repository. A systems-level view facilitates the development of signals from different facilities that combine to form identifiable signatures of clandestine activity. Cyclus includes socio-behavioral interaction capabilities, which are being combined with historical state-level proliferation data to model regional level proliferation risk.
