Description
Jonathan Guyer is a journalist and critical scholar based in Cairo, Egypt. He has written for magazines and news outlets such as Harpers, New York Magazine, Salon, and the New Yorker. He will facilitate a generative workshop about taboos and censorship in graphic journalism. Participants will do drawing and cartooning activities that can be adapted in their work and teaching practices. This workshop is open to faculty and students in all academic fields.
