Weston Roundtable: Alexa Delwiche

School districts and city governments are using the Good Food Purchasing Policy to align public food purchases with core values of local economies, environmental sustainability, valued workforce, animal welfare and human nutrition. Austin, Chicago, Cincinnati, Madison, New York, the Twin Cities and others are launching campaigns. This talk will discuss implementation successes and challenges, and highlight efforts to use the Policy to support local priorities linked to a national strategy.
