Come join us on Wednesday, February 8 to meet Max Steir, co-owner of Salads UP, a fast-casual restaurant concept specializing in salads. Max and his partner had a vision to create these stores in the most populated, tradition rich, and diverse college towns in the country. Salads UP opened in Ann Arbor in 2014; Madison in 2016.
