Description
Using examples of wrongful convictions, this talk will examine some of the flaws that lead to error and some of the ways in which we can improve the criminal justice system to make it more reliable and fair. The talk will be led by Keith Findley who cofounded the groundbreaking Wisconsin Innocence Project in 1998 to exonerate innocent prisoners. He is a codirector of the Wisconsin Innocence Project and an associate professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
