Mami Wata: Images, Ideas, Exhibitions

Henry Drewal, art history, delivers this talk as part of the African Studies Program's Sandwich Seminar, which has been held on Wednesdays at noon since 1971. Its purpose is to bring Africa research in any discipline, whether finished or continuing, to an audience of faculty, staff, students and the community in a relaxed setting on a regular basis.
