Description
Anna Buckardt is a Master’s candidate at the University of Maine and has been monitoring American Woodcock and Golden-winged Warbler in managed forest areas on private properties in Northcentral Wisconsin. Part of her study is also to understand the potential for these landowners to act as citizen scientists. Learn how she is using geolocator technology to understand the migratory path of Golden-winged Warblers to better inform the conservation strategy for this declining species.
