NSF mmW RCN workshop

Primed with a readout of the breakout discussions, Panel 2 on Day 2 (10am-noon) will wrap up the technical program with a discussion of "moonshot challenges and opportunities" in mmW wireless that we, the RCN community, can collaboratively tackle in the next 5-10 years.
