Come join us to meet Anne Smith, co-founder and director of the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic. A graduate of UW Law School, Anne previously was the General Counsel for Winterthur U.S. Holdings and later became General Counsel for Promega. Her practice focused on general corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
