Join Go Big Read for an expert panel featuring three UW-Madison faculty members as they share their expertise on themes addressed in Hillbilly Elegy. Dr. Kathy Cramer will discuss politics and cultural anger, Dr. Katherine Magnuson will discuss poverty and stress in childhood, and Dr. Aleksandra Zgierska will discuss her research on addiction, chronic pain, and opioids. Audience Q&A will follow the panelists’ remarks moderated by Dr. Russ Castronovo.
