How do gut microbes and diet work together to affect our health? This talk, which forms part of the Fermentation Fest in Reedsburg, explains how the communities of microbes that inhabit our gut (gut microbiome) interact with our diets to keep us both healthy and sick. Federico Rey is Assistant Professor of Bacteriology at UW Madison.
