Description
Amy Cohn is an Alfred F. Thurnau Professor in the Department of Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan where she also holds an appointment in the Department of Health Management and Policy in the School of Public Health. In this talk, she will discuss experiences in developing integer programming based decision support tools and processes for building shift, call, and block schedules for residents at multiple institutions and across multiple areas of specialization.
