Description
Margaret Hawkins is a professor of Curriculum and instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Hawkins has developed the Global Storybridges Program that connects under-resourced, english-learning youth across the globe using current technology. She has worked in Uganda, Kenya, India, China and Mexico.
