Ullmann is Managing Editor for World News at USA TODAY, where he previously held a variety of senior management and editing positions. Prior to joining USA TODAY in 1999, Ullmann worked in Washington, D.C., covering economics, politics, foreign affairs and the White House. He has won two awards from the White House Correspondents’ Association for coverage of President Reagan. He received his MA from UW-Madison.
