Description
Louise S. Robbins is professor and director in the School of Library and Information Studies. Robbins's historical research, focusing on libraries and intellectual freedom during the McCarthy period, has won numerous awards. Her best known book is "The Dismissal of Miss Ruth Brown: Civil Rights, Censorship, and the American Library."
