Description
With the pioneering work of scientist James Thomson, UW–Madison became the epicenter of stem cell science 20 years ago. Now, we’re entering an exciting phase of human health applications in regenerative medicine. Hear from three Wisconsin scientists about their promising technologies. Plus, look at actual stem cells and beating cardiomyocytes at interactive stations, provided by the Wisconsin Stem Cell Roundtable, the Student Society for Stem Cell Research and the Tim Kamp lab.
