Description
A public and free viewing of the Wisconsin Public Television documentary "Hip Hop U: The First Wave Scholars" with a talk back session to follow featuring students and alumni of the First Wave program. The film screening is free and open to the public. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
The documentary, made over the course of a year on campus, explores the innovative work of students in the UW–Madison First Wave Hip Hop and Urban Arts Learning Community.
