Description
Scott Mobley studies and teaches the political, technological, and cultural influences that shape human interactions, with special focus on the fields of diplomacy and military affairs. He earned a Ph.D. in History from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is currently serving as the Associate Director of CSLD.
Dr. Mobley will discuss his recent publication, Progressives in Navy Blue, the transformation of the US Navy and how Wisconsin helped to shape the modern naval profession.
