Description
Participatory techniques to develop stakeholder-driven planning and response options that make use of uncertain and probabilistic information are becoming increasingly attractive as learning tools. “Serious games” are one example of such techniques, having been used to mobilize communities and resources for hydrometeorological disaster planning in countries around the world. In this seminar we will lead a serious game entitled “Ten Days for Flood Protection”. Full abstract available via URL.
