Uruguayan Poet Silvia Guerra Reading

Silvia Guerra was born in 1961 in Maldonado, Uruguay. Her books include Un mar en madrugado (Hilos Editora, Buenos Aires, 2018), Pulso (Amargod ediciones, Madrid, 2011), and Estampas de un tapiz (Plaquette, Pen Press, New York, 2006). She is also the author of Todo comienzo lugar, co-edited with the Cuban poet José Kozer (Editorial Casa Vacía, Richmond- Virginia, 2016) and Fuera del relato (Bassarai, Spain, 2007), a fictionalized biography of Lautréamont.
