Rx for RNs: Addressing the Nursing Shortage

Janet Allan, University of Maryland, will address the faculty shortage in nursing schools and her work with healthcare providers in Maryland to alleviate the shortage of faculty and nurses. Judy Warmuth, Wisconsin Hospital Association, will describe projects to advance the educational levels of the nursing workforce and the challenges in measuring Wisconsin's healthcare workforce needs.
