CREECA Lecture Series

Melvin A. Goodman, senior fellow and director of the National Security Program at the Center for International Policy, will discuss questions facing the Obama administration about American policy toward Russia. Goodman is also a professor at the National War College, and he was division chief and senior analyst at the CIA’s Office of Soviet Affairs from 1976 to 1986 and senior analyst at the State Department’s Bureau of Intelligence and Research from 1974 to 1976.
