Our Narrative through Community Awareness: Highlight and Response to Hmong and Lao Deportation

The U.S. State Dept. has confirmed the funding of reintegration programs for Lao and Hmong refugees in the U.S. There is pressure on Laos from the Trump Administration to sign a repatriation agreement similar to what is currently in place in Vietnam and Cambodia. Community activists estimate that as many as 4,700 Southeast Asian refugees in the U.S. will be affected.
