Our Narrative through Mental Health

In a time of social distancing, mental health resources become increasingly important, yet for many these resources now seem less accessible. In response to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) report of increased incidence rates of mental illness, Mental Health Ambassador for the APIDA Student Center, Egg Guo (MS, LPC-IT) will be detailing mental health resources, addressing the rise of stressors for the APIDA community, and speaking on the power of self-care amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
