Grand Rounds with Dr. Jessi Gold

Covid-19 has had a tremendous impact on healthcare workers, from the day-to-day work environment, to increased risk for infection, to their mental health. This Grand Rounds will focus on what we know so far about the mental health of frontline workers prior to and during COVID-19, and, how that, when put into context with what we know from past pandemics, can allow us to predict the possible mental health aftermath and risk factors for worsening outcomes.
