"Forward? The Wisconsin Idea, Past & Present" is an undergraduate course and a public lecture. The fifth lecture in the series will be "Rationing Ventilators during the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Benefits and Limits of Bioethics" presented by Norman Fost, Professor Emeritus at UW–Madison’s School of Medicine and Public Health.
