When Andres knows the diagnosis of Norma’s terminal illness, his mother, he is urged to hold on to his camera, record his family and rescue the childhood memories that show fragments of a young, happy, uninhibited and vital mother. “After Norma/Despues de Norma” is a catharsis about the family story that reflects about the relationship with our parents and is also a metaphor regarding change and absence.
