Whenever possible, the university recommends that events and meetings continue to be held virtually; it is highly recommended that in-person events also allow for virtual participation by attendees who choose not to or are unable to participate in person. A Half-day Online Retreat with UW Health Mindfulness Program

9 a.m.-1 p.m.
We will bring creativity to mindfulness practice to inform, deepen & open awareness. We will create space to explore & play through routes beyond traditional sitting practice including drawing, gentle movement, working with image & somatic body awareness. No art background is required! You do not need to consider yourself "good at art" to enjoy this offering. Some background in mindfulness or other forms of contemplative practice may be helpful, but is not required.
