Whenever possible, the university recommends that events and meetings continue to be held virtually; it is highly recommended that in-person events also allow for virtual participation by attendees who choose not to or are unable to participate in person. Please join us for a FREE virtual discussion featuring Dr. Alfredo Quinones-Hinojosa who will discuss his journey from being a migrant farmworker to a world-renowned neurosurgeon and researcher, as told in his book, "Becoming Dr. Q".

This event is presented via a partnership between the "All of Us" Research Program at UW-Madison, the Madison Public Library, the Wisconsin Book Festival, the National Library of Medicine, and a range of other state and national partners.
