Heather Macali: MFA Exhibition

Heather Macali’s MFA exhibition focuses on digitally woven compositions that play on the use of pattern, distortion, line and vibrant colors. For this exhibition, each individual weaving will be linked to the weavings near it through color gradation, implied line and pattern. The work creates a complete environment reminiscent of the 1980s with a contemporary twist, a space covered in pattern and color, a place she describes as “my ultimate universe.”
