Since the spring of 2020, human service providers have made large changes in the way they have delivered services to their clients, particularly when it comes to virtual interactions. We'll assess what worked well, what didn't, and how lessons learned over the course of the pandemic can help to inform approaches to meeting client needs in a post-pandemic world. We will hear from Annette Waters, ASPE/HHS; Matthew Lyons, APHSA; and Nadeem Siddiqi, Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency.
