Join us with esteemed teacher Devin Berry and UW Health Mindfulness Program teacher Toral Livingston-Jha. This time of mindfulness meditation will feature practices of the heart, movement, storytelling, and steadfastness. All who self-identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) are welcome.
