AOS Colloquium Series - Andi Muttaqin

Andi Muttaqin is a PhD candidate in Professor Desai’s Ecometeorology Lab at the Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences with a PhD minor in Soil Science. His main research interest is the land-atmosphere interaction over the Indonesia Maritime Continent (MC). This talk will discuss the role of land surface properties in shaping sea-breeze circulation, the Madden-Julian Oscillation (MJO), and monsoon onset variation over the MC.
